- When possible she chooses organic, avoids sugar and other acid foods and is trying to get her body alkaline.
- She drinks distilled water to avoid ingesting fluoride and chemicals and she adds a small amount baking soda to help make it alkaline.
- She’s doing “The Budwig Diet” for breakfasts, an interesting diet she heard about recently.
- She implemented daily juicing (purely organic).
